Consolidate ticket widgets on dashboard

Description

Instead of all the widgets on the dashboard, make one widget that has a tabbed or accordian interface, with the following tabs:

  • Tickets assigned to me (need to accept and estimate)
  • Tickets owned by me (i accepted a ticket assigned to me)
  • Tickets reported by me (i entered the ticket)
  • Tickets watched by me (someone has cc'ed me)
